telephone number, which has the ability to receive, and record retailer
messages regarding any warranty administration issues you may have.
! Please use the above telephone number when next calling the help desk,
if you cannot directly access an operator then please leave a message
stating your name, retailer code, and time of call and a warranty specialist
will return your call as soon as possible.
Please ensure that all relevant Retailer staff are made aw are of the above
information.

(For New Online Warranty users only)
In order to resolve the recent slow performance issue with the
NOW system, it is necessary to stop and restart the system
urgently.
The NOW system will NOT be available TODAY
(31/03/04), between 12 noon and 1:30 pm.
We are expecting significant improvement in response time after
this activi ty.
