1. Remove four Ellen head screws on sides of head unit. Insert appropriate dealer supplied keys into holes

and remove unit. Insert Blaupunkt 620 unit in reverse of above.

2. Remove four screws holding glovebox in position, two at bottom and two inside at the top of the

3. Slide glovebox out and remove whilst disconnecting glovebox lamp wiring and air conditioning duct

(if fitted).

4. Remove glovebox lid by pushing out hinge pins. Discard the old glovebox but retain the hinge pins and lid

to fit to the new glovebox.

9. Connect CD changer to vehicle wiring, slide glovebox into location and secure with four (4) screws.

10. Add fuse (Part No.12004009) to location F34 in fuse box.

11. CODING THE 620 RADIO/CASSETTE PLAYER

Enter security PIN code as follows:

- Switch on ignition.

- Turn radio on.

- Press and hold the 'mode' button. Release the 'mode' button after a

beep is heard. The display shows "CD". After three seconds it shows "10 _ _ _ _". This

indicates that you have ten attempts left at entering the correct PIN code.

Press preset button 4, 10 times 10 2 7 3 9

13. Press 'mode' button until a beep is heard and the radio starts operating.

14. If a wrong PIN code has been entered the display will show "SAFE". After the waiting time "9 _ _ _ _" will

be shown on the display indicating that there are nine attempts left. The correct code should now be

If the panel is not inserted correctly into place, the display shows "PANEL" after switching on the radio.

Make sure that the panel has clicked into position on both sides.
