MUDFLAPS - REAR PACKAGE
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove rear road wheel.
2. Pierce marked holes on template provided, then align and tape to mudflap. Mark hole centres and
remove template. Drill 4.0 mm dia. holes at points 'A' & 'B' (Figure 2).
3. Using Torx T25 screw driver, remove screw retaining rear bumper facia to quarter panel (Figure 2).
4. Locate mudflap to ensure correct alignment position on vehicle and as a template, mark holes, 'A'
on quarter panel and 'B' on rear bumper facia skirt (Figure 2). Note: Ensure hole 'A' is centrally
located on sheet metal flange of quarter panel.
5. Drill 2.5mm dia. hole at point 'A' and 'B' (Figure 3). Note: Hole drilled at point 'A' in quarter panel
to be coated with zinc chromate for corrosion protection.
6. Locate mudflap into position and fix to rear bumper facia by re-using Torx screw. Install self
tapping screws at point 'A' in rear quarter panel and point 'B' in rear bumper facia skirt (Figure 4).
Tighten screws securely.
7. Refit rear road wheel .
Tools Required
Power drill, 2.5mm drill, 4.0mm drill, scribing tool, Torx T25 and Philips head screw drivers and
adhesive. tape.
