1. Install the support bow mounting brackets, 2
places each side, into the locating holes in
the side rail cap channel at the positions
shown. Insert the upper edge of the bracket
into the channel and rotate downwards.
Refer Figure 1.
NOTE: This is only required on models not
already fitted with a tonneau cover.
2. Insert the support bows into the brackets.
Refer Figure 2.
NOTE: The front bow is longer than the rear.
3. At the front of the rolled up tonneau up,
topside out, insert the locking strip into the
middle slot of the front bow assembly. Slide
the tonneau fully across the front bow
assembly. Refer Figure 3.
NOTE: Additional slots in the front bow may
be used for tensioning the tonneau.
4. Install the front bow assembly and tonneau
onto the vehicle by inserting each end of the
bow into the slot, tilting up and pulling into
place at the front of the side rail caps as
shown. Refer Figure 4.

5. Fold the front of the tonneau onto the load
compartment front upper panel and attach.
The tonneau has a magnetic strip that will
attach to the panel surface. Refer Figure 5.
6. Unroll the tonneau over the bows. By using
the finger loops, pull the tonneau's plastic
strip over and into the slot in the side rail
capping, beginning at the centre of the
endgate, then working across the rear and
then along each side. Refer Figure 6.
7. By hand, locate the strip by pushing it down
to smooth it along the slot in the rail capping.
Check tautness of the tonneau and adjust by
relocating the front locking strips in the front
bow assembly. Refer Figure 7.
8. For large or protruding loads, use the hooks
attached to the elastic cord in the tonneau.
Locate these into the side rail capping slot to
allow the tonneau fit around or over larger
size loads. Refer Figure 8.

1. Using the finger loops and starting at the
endgate, pull out and up, the plastic retaining
strip from the slot in the endgate and side
rail capping. Refer Figure 10 Detach the front
magnetic flap by lifting. When fitted with the
sports bar, lift the velcro fixed overlapped
joints to separate. Refer Figure 10.
2. Remove the front bow assembly by pushing
it forward and tilting down each side.
Remove tonneau and all bows from vehicle.
Refer Figure 11.
The support bow mounting brackets may be
left installed for later reuse.
3. Lay the tonneau flat, top side up. Fold the
bottom corner up, to form a triangle. Refer
Figure 12.

9. For vehicles fitted with the sports bar, the
tonneau fits around the bar mounting points.
The overlap fitment of the tonneau mounting
location is fixed into position with velcro at
the front and rear bar mounting points.
10. Place the storage bag in the rear trim pocket
between the seats.
11. Place the warranty card and fitting
instructions in the glove box.

5. Roll up the tonneau, starting from the point of
the triangle. Refer Figure 14.
6. Store the tonneau, support brackets and
bows in the bag provided and stow behind
seats inside vehicle. Refer Figure 15.
7. Place fitting instructions in the glove box of
the vehicle.

4. Fold the other bottom corner up to form a
smaller triangle. Refer Figure 13.
