TOOLS REQUIRED:
Knife, Measuring Tape.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. The roof luggage box has two sets of five mounting
holes, five at the front and five at the back of the roof
luggage box. Measure the distance between the
centres of the holes in the luggage box and the
spacing of the vehicle roof bars. Identify the holes
which configuration will suit your vehicle.
2. If necessary release the roof bars and position to
where required. Do not tighten roof bars at this time.
Refer to Figure1 for the following:
3. Open the roof bar end caps (1) on one side of the
vehicle and remove the rubber insert.
4. Slide two mounting studs (2) into each of the roof
bars.

Refer to Figure 2 for the following:
5. Place the roof luggage box on the roof bars. Position
the mounting studs (1) through the mounting holes in
the base of the roof luggage box.
6. Place a tie down bracket (2) on each mounting stud (4
places). Ensure that side with the elongated tie holes
(3) are positioned towards the centre of the roof
luggage box. Screw the thumbnut (4) down to secure
the roof luggage box to the roof bars.
7. Tighten the roof bars to the vehicle.
8. Refit the rubber inserts and trim to length (if required).
9. Close the roof bar ends.
10. Write the key identification number on the space
provided on the fitting instructions.
11. Place the fitting instructions in the glovebox.
