Part A Base(White colour) 1.4 kg in straight sided tin.

Part B Catalyst (Black colour) 120 gm in tube.

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE:- This material is a fast cure sealant, and working time after mixing is 25 - 30 minutes.

Squeeze the Catalyst from tube into Base tin and mix with paint mixer for approx 3 - 5 minutes (Using paint mixer hold tin firmly, otherwise it will spin with mixing action).

After mixing, the end product must be consistent BLACK colour with no White or Grey streaks.

Place the Follower Plate into the tin.

Put Barrel Gun over the hole in the Follower Plate, and push down with maximum pressure. At the same time press the Release Plate inwards and slowly pull the T-Bar (Piston)

outwards, which will slowly suck up the mixed sealant into the Barrel of the Gun.

Remove front End Cap disposable nozzle from Barrel Gun.

Wipe any excess sealant away from outside of Barrel Gun, before replacing nozzle and screwing End Cap onto Barrel Gun. (Cut off tip of nozzle).

Use the sealant filled Barrel Gun as if a normal Cartridge Gun, by pulling trigger.

Nozzle is disposable after use.

CLEANING:- After sealant is applied, it is important to clean Barrel Gun, immediately after use.

Clean, and wipe: 1 Barrel Gun, 2 End Cap, 3 Plunger, and 4 Follower Plate, with suitable solvent (e.g. Mineral Spirits).
