1. Remove the front road wheel.

2. Remove and discard the two fender liner screws from the plastic skirt.

3. Remove the upper fender liner screw from the steel fender and retain.

4. Firmly fix the mud flap and fender liner at the lower two locations using the larger screws supplied in

the package. Tighten to specified torque. Ensure neat fit of the mud flap against the fender and plastic skirt.

5. Push the loosened fender liner away to provide access to fit the upper clips (mud flap to fender)

6. Ensure the rib on the top inner edge of the mud flap aligns with the inner edge of the fender, before attaching

the two clips, refer view A.

7. Replace the upper fender liner screw. Tighten to specified torque
