FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Clean surface of front and rear rocker panels

alcohol wipes supplied in package, refer

NOTE: Prior to peeling release paper from pressure

sensitive adhesive foam tape, trial fit covers to confirm

locating positions.

2. Front rocker panel cover location:

Position rocker panel cover centrally about

darts in sheet metal of rocker panel, refer

Figure 2, and tuck inboard edge of cover under

weather strip, refer Figure 4.

3. Rear rocker panel cover location:

Position rocker panel cover such that the end of

moulded line in cover aligns with foremost dart

in sheet metal of rocker panel, refer Figure 3,

and tuck inboard edge of cover under weather

strip, refer Figure 4.

NOTE: Adhesive foam tape adheres quickly and

strongly. Ensure rocker panel cover is positioned

accurately before contacting rocker panel.

4. Peel release paper from adhesive foam tape and

install covers as described in steps 2 and 3.

5. Apply 15.0N load with roller over whole surface.
