Tools Required

Marking pen, 7mm dia Twist Drill, No. 20 Torx Head Screw Driver, Philips Head Screw Driver, Tension

Wrench and Power Drill.

Procedure

1. Remove the front road wheel.

2. Firmly align the mud flap to the wheel arch and mark hole locations A, B and C on the wheelhouse liner.

3 Remove mud flap and drill a 7.0 mm dia. hole, 3 places in fender liner. Enlarge the existing 3 holes, A, B and

C in the mud flap with 7.0 mm dia. drill.

4. Re-align mud flap against the fender liner and wheel arch and fix mud flap using expansion rivet, 3 places.

5. Using self tapping screw, install it through mud flap at point D and into fender liner. Tighten to specified

torque.

6. Using self drilling screw, install it through mud flap at point E and into the wheelhouse. Tighten to specified

torque.

7. Refit the front road wheel and repeat operation to opposite side.
