1.1 Engine Mechanical
The engine mechanicals for HSV GTO Coupe Series II Models fitted with HSV 260 kW engine carry over from the HSV
VY Series Clubsport Models. For HSV GTS Coupe Series II Models fitted with HSV 300 kW C4B engine carry over from
the HSV VY Series GTS Sedan Models.

1.8 Engine Tune
Engine tuning is simplified by electronic control of both the air/fuel mixture and ignition timing by the Powertrain Control
Module (PCM), which controls the ratio of the air/fuel mixture to near optimum condition.
