The power assisted steering system information for MY 2004 VY Regular Cab and Crew Cab carries over from MY 2004
VY Series vehicles.
For information not contained within this Section, refer to Section 9 Steering in the MY 2004 VY and V2 Series Service
Information.
NOTE
A driver’s inflatable restraint (airbag) is fitted
as standard equipment on all MY 2004 VY Series
cab Chassis Models. For detailed information
regarding the driver's airbag, including system
enable and disable procedures, refer to
