Operation information carries over from MY 2003 VY and V2 Series vehicles.

Conditioning Unit – RHD
The revised HVAC unit incorporates a different evaporator cover assembly, evaporator air seals and blower motor and
fan assembly. A cover is not fitted over the blower motor and fan assembly.

2.3 Blower Motor and Fan Assembly
The blower motor and fan assembly (1) fitted to RHD
vehicles is located on the undersid e of the HVAC unit (2)
on the left-hand side.
For protection of the blower motor, a 35 A blade-type fus e
is mounted on a bracket attached to the blower motor
mounting flange.
The mounting flange incorporates a duct to direct some
fan discharge air through the blower motor windings to
provide motor cooling.
