1. GENERAL I NFORMATI O N

The theft deterrent system fitted to all V2 Series Models carr ies over from VX Series II Models. T he theft deterrent

system is controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM).

For all service information, including general information, service operations and diagnosis of the theft deterrent

system, depending on vehicle model variant, refer to either Section 12J-1 LOW SERIES BCM or

Section 12J-2 HIGH SERIES BCM in the VX Series II Service Information.
