SECTION 4 - WIRING DIAGRAMS
CAUTION:
This vehicle will be equipped with a Supplemental Restraint System (SRS). A SRS will
consist of either seat belt pre-tensioners and a driver's side air bag, or seat belt pre-
tensioners and a driver's and front passenger's side air bags. Refer to CAUTIONS,
Section 12M, before performing any service operation on, or around any SRS
components, the steering mechanism or wiring. Failure to follow the CAUTIONS
could result in SRS deployment, resu lting in possible perso nal in jury or u nnecessary
SRS system repairs.
4.1 GENERAL INFORMATION
This section contains LPG System electrical circuit wiring diagrams. These diagrams should be referred to when
diagnosing LPG system electrical problems.
These diagrams should always be the starting point when electrical trouble shooting.
The wiring diagrams illustr ate how a particular circuit should work by design, and should be unders tood before trying to
determine why it doesn’t work.
Refer to Section 12P WIRING DIAGRAMS for the LPG System electrical circuit wiring diagrams.
NOTE:
It is im por tant to realis e that no attempt is made on the diagr ams to r epres ent c omponents and wiring as they appear in
the vehicle geographically. However, for broad indications of relays, switches or consumers, refer to
Section 12N FUSES, RELAYS & WIRING HARNESSES.
For example, a meter length of wire is treated no differently in a wiring diagram from one which is only a few
centimetres long. Sim ilarly, switches and other components are shown as simple as possible in schematic form at and
in an activated state, with the basic function being shown.
