SECTION 8B - EXHAUST SYSTEM

IMPORTANT:

1. GENERAL INFORMAT ION

The exhaust system fitted to VU Series Models carries over from VX Series Wagon Models. The only variation

between the exhaust system fitted to VU Series Models and VX Series Wagon Models is a different tail pipe and

the dele tion of the re ar m uffler heat sh ield. The he at shield f or the rear muff ler is not requir ed in VU Series Models

due to the differences in the utility body style. The fuel tank in VU Series Models is mounted in a central position

behind the cab (drivers side), and is not in the vicinity of the rear muffler.
