1. GENERAL I NFORMATI O N

The steering system fitted to VX, VU and WH Series II Models carries over from VT Series II Models. For

inform ation r elating to the steering s ystem fitted to VX and VU Series II Models not covered in this Sec tion, refer to

Section 9A STEERING in the VT Series II Servic e Inf or mation in conjunction with Section 9A STEERING in the VT

Series I Service Information.

For information relating to VX and WH Series II Models fitted with speed sensitive power steering (Production

Option NV7), refer to Section 9B SPEED SENSITIVE POWER STEERING in the VT Series I Service Inform ation,

noting the following:

For information on the power steering pump and related hoses and pipe routing for V6 engines, refer to
