SECTION 9 - STEERING

IMPORTANT

Before performing any Service Operation or other procedure described in this Section, refer to

Section 00 CAUTIONS AND NOTES for correct workshop practices with regard to safety and/or

property damage.

1. GENERAL INFORMAT ION

As the road speed sensitive power steering system fitted as standard on all WH Model vehicles, remains

unchanged from previous models, refer to the following Service Information Sections:

1. For general information on the road speed sensitive power steering system, refer to Section 9B - SPEED

2. For service information on steering rack removal operations and/or speed sensitive solenoid removal, testing
