1. GENERAL INFORMA T ION
For service information relating to the 1999 Model Year, 4L60-E automatic transmission fitted to all WH Model
vehicles as standard equipment, refer to the following Sections for the appropriate information required:

7C5 – UNIT REPAIR
As the overhaul procedure remains unchanged, except for the fact that the input sun gear is now pressed into the
forward sprag inner race (from 1997 MY), refer to Section 7C5 - UNIT REPAIR, of the VT Series I Service
Information.
